Monthly fees, published plainly

These are Learn to Excel's current small-group fees per calendar month. Your timetable and availability are confirmed in writing before you join. One-to-one tuition is priced individually because the hours and support required vary by child.

Years 2-6 and 11-plus

The 11-plus programme provides four hours each week, usually as two two-hour sessions or one four-hour session.

Deposits and other charges

  • Stationery: £50, non-refundable.
  • Books and materials: a refundable £100 security deposit may apply when resources are issued.
  • Fee deposit: the enrolment agreement may require one month's fee as a deposit. We confirm this before you commit.
  • Late-year admissions: the following year's group rate may apply when joining near the end of the academic year.

Ways to pay

  • Tax-Free Childcare. Eligible families can use the scheme because Learn to Excel is Ofsted registered (URN 2662849).
  • Payment plans. Instalments can be agreed directly with the centre. The current enrolment form excludes new Year 11 starters from instalment arrangements.
